Cannot get att.my.yahoo.com to show on screen. It comes up as my Home page, but I get blank screen. It works fine on INT. Explore. It works on my XP desk top, but not my Vista Lap Top

Get blank page when using att.my.yahoo.com as Home Page. Works on Internet Explorer, not on Mozilla. Works on my XP Desk Top. Was working on My Vista Lap Top, until a few weeks ago. Seems something is blocking it. Can get all other Web sites, such as cbssports, facebook

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
