To get the orange Firefox button you need to hide the menu bar. To do that in the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the "Menu Bar" entry.
if your new to firefox 4 ( like me ) you can not have both menu plus other tool bars active - only menu - at this point i prefer to have my other tool bars up up until i get to know this. it's a bit confusing. Firefox do you have a tutorial that u can read? who has time to watch a zillion videos? and keep going back to the help section?
