Would be nice if you indicated what it is that you are using, but the results are based on your number of visits, so you don't have the ability to modify results.
Most of them tie into home page, or a new tab, so I won't use them myself, even though they are interesting.
A couple that provides some such information that does not mess with my tabs is about:me and about:search
- about:me :: Add-ons for Firefox
"The about:me page provides a fun way to see personalized patterns in browser usage, including trends in browsing history and download activity."
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/aboutme/ - About:Search -- Firefox Extension
A statistical analysis of the user's history, average tab load, etc. Like Google Zeitgeist, but based on their Places database.

Did you install a persona?

Can you attach a screenshot?
Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
