I have been using Firefox and Thunderbird on my notebook and I just installed Portable Apps on my Thumb drive (F:) when I travel. How do I copy the Firefox bookmarks to the Firefox on my thumb drive? And. How can I copy the address book and Email setup settings from my Thunderbird on my notebook to the Thunderbird portable apps on my thumb drive?

Thank you. I sent the file to my thumb drive and the next time I opened Firefox on the thumb, the already had picked up the bookmarks itself.
