Hello! I know English badly and so I will write as I can. The fact that the periodic time of the browser completely freezes, thereby hangs the whole operating system. You have to reinstall the browser. But it did not help. In what may be the problem?

I had the same problem with a new Windows 7 64-bit install. The complete Operating System would freeze and I had to reboot using the power button held down for 5 seconds. I completely uninstalled Firefox 5 and now it has stopped freezing. I am disappointed about it because I love Firefox. Hope a solution is found soon.
