firefox menu bar looks different to the one in firefox user guide
I have upgraded my firefox, however i do not have an app tab or a menu tab. My firefox looks exactly the same as before i upgraded. I upgraded many times to try and get these tabs but they just dont appear

Are you running a custom theme or persona?
I think i am running a custom theme....although i do vaguely remember when i first got firefox changing it a little...but this was ages ago and i have tried to upgrade many times since then?
If you start Firefox in Safe Mode do you get the correct menu? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
