Firefox will crash immediately upon launching no matter how many times I try to open it. I have uninstalled the application and reinstalled several times and the same crash. Please help. Thank you.

I do not see the crash report yet https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/91915914-979d-49c0-9a79-101522111016 have you any other crash ID s, if so could you post a couple of recent ones.

Have you already seen firefox crashes and tried safe mode and checking for malware.

The crash report has now been processed, likely cause is use of oracle software (bug 680927 - Startup crash in mozcomp.dll with Oracle Enterprise, F5 Networks, Passlogix V-GO, IBM Tivoli Access Manager SSO ). Oracle were aware of the problem and working on a fix. Try to ensure all software is up-to-date, with luck they may have released a fix.

There is a possibility of a workaround but that involves a registry change, presumably you are in a corporate environment, and should consult your IT department about that Refer them to https://bug680927.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=563484

Alternatively consider do you need the Oracle software ?
( presumably disabling it will stop firefox crashes. )
