Firefox crashes

Firefox will not open even in safe mode. I was getting firefox for about a half a second with the system retsore screen before the the crash reporter screen comes up. I have tried these steps: update Firefox, plugins, Windows, drivers,Internet Security software. I have tried Safe mood. I have run virus checkers and malware checkers. I have reinstalled firefox.

When the problem started yesterday the crash ID # was bp-4a699d45-43cf-4937-863e-61e632111110
