is it posible to move your bookmarks from another hard drive to a new one?

I got a virus that erased a lot of my files. I installed a new hard drive and new windows on it. I can see my old program files on the drive. I want to know if there is a way of getting my bookmarks out of the old mozilla folder and put it in the new one?
