how do I get the little icons for bookmarks to reappear in my pulldown menu?
How do I get the little icons for bookmarks to reappear in my pull down menu? When I go to Bookmarks, and I go to Bookmarks Toolbar, the list of bookmarks used to have the little logos/icons associated with the company, etc. I liked these. When v9.0.1 updated, I lost these. You should take a look at this article that discusses issues with the latest version of Firefox.
There is some information in there specifically for this issue on Mac OSX. That should give you all the steps you need to get back up and running.

Thank you Matt G. Some of the icons came back, others did not. But I'm grateful for this technical support. Many icons don't reappear, some like CNN or Fox News or Microsoft are still hollow boxes. Is this a function of their code or is this still Firefox?

Dear Cor-el: This was the same procedure I used above. Results were the same. About 1/5 of the icons are graphic, about 4/5 are hollow boxes. Is this problem a function of the website not providing a correct icon for bookmarks, or this a Firefox v9.x rendering problem? Thanks for trying. Gene
