cannot reopen downloads previously opened
Once I have downloaded files eg: scans, Word, double clicked and opened them, I cannot go back later and reopen them again (although they are still listed) in the downloads list. Files with Mozilla logo do reopen however.

If Open and Open Containing Folder in the right-click context menu in the Download Manager window are grayed then that means that the file is no longer in the original download location.
It is possible that anti-virus software or cleanup software has removed the file(s) if you didn't do that yourself.
