Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).

I'm sorry, "upgrade" has never solved any of my FF problems. In fact, "upgrade" started this mess. The moment 12.0 restarted, all hell broke loose. Telling me to upgrade is like putting a bandaid on cancer, fail. I have faithfully used firefox for many years now and "upgrade" has never stopped a problem or solved an issue.
