i have android 4.1.1 device. Flash does not support???

I recently updated flash as we are asked quite often to do so. This time flash quite working on my device. I come to find out that flash is no longer supported on android 4.1 and higher devices. Now I can't even watch animated radar if I want to let alone watch any video on ESPN, Nascar, News sites. It's crazy. Makes this new device utterly useless in that regard. HELP if you can please. Is there a way around this??? Or is my android device trash for now

fash is supported in FF 15 i my self use it,just check if u have enabled flash?
