constantly crashing, cant find fix
It was wroking perfeclty fine for months then a pop up window came up saying firefox needed update. Didn't care, was in a hurry. Closed it. And...the crashing begins.
No toolbar, only adblcok plus. I've already updated, reinstalled everything to do with Firefox and deleted Firefox and the folder it was in entirely and reinstalled it. STILL...crashes..
Here's a link to everything I've tried.

When it crashes the crash report comes up but there's no error!
If you can find a solution I'd be amazed.

When I posted the problem it was when i did a clean install of Firefox and it was still crashing so I went on this forum but the other forum we've figured it out. Sorry.

Maybe there is an incompatible plug-in or add-on. try disabling them all, and then enabling one by one while testing for crashes.
In most cases Adobe plug-ins cause this problem or problems like this!
Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/how-do-i-upgrade-my-graphics-drivers
If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more crash reports that have this format:
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
- You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.
