one turkish character problem for input boxes?

i use firefox for android.And i got a problem that i can't write a turkish character(ç) to input boxes on the web page despite i can write to navigation bar.i have no problem with other turkish characters.My encoding is utf-8.

This issue is fixed in Firefox for Android 19. It will be about 10 weeks before the fix is in the release channel.
