Firefox 17 moved to SD card still takes up to 35 Mo on my phone memory with data (Android 4.0.4)
I installed Firefox 17 from Google play on my Android 4.0.4 phone (not rooted) and moved it to my SD card (my phone's memory isn't huge at all) After an hour or two of exploring the app and browsing, there were over 35 Mo data on my phone memory. I saw a couple similar questions here and tried to apply the answers (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/928351?esab=a&as=aaq for example) but none of them solved the problem. I tried to erase the data, but after 5 minutes of using the app the data was already using up 6 Mb of my phone's memory... Thank you

Lilibeth,
Sorry for the delayed response. Can you provide us with more information regarding the device you are using (manufacturer, model, etc.)? I will do what I can to help you resolve this issue.
Christopher
Thank you for your answer mortrca! Sorry I didn't provide these informations in my previous post, I didn't think it was relevant. My phone is a Sony Ericsson Xperia mini pro (SK17i), with android 4.0.4, build 4.1.B.0.587. I tried several browsers on this phone (I still have dolphin mini, opera and firefox installed), but only have a memory problem with firefox (the other browsers don't even keep 1Mb data). Cleaning regularly the cache and personal informations (ie after each and every use) and using Firefox extremely sparingly (I consider Opera my main browser and only use Firefox for a couple of problematic sites on opera), I managed to keep the data around 15 Mb. I don't use any add on and disabled every research add on except Google. I hope this helps!
Are you using Firefox sync?
The Downloaded and viewed files are stored in mozilla temp.
Make use of 1 click cleaner to delete the temp files

No, I don't use Firefox sync.
I already use an app like the one you suggested (1 tap cleaner), but I found that cleaning personal informations with firefox is more efficient.
