Why Is it remembering my passwords - I tell it explicitly not to!
Firefox is automatically using the password manager to automatically log me into all of my pages and I do NOT want this feature, I tell it NO on each of my log ins every tome when I have logged in when it asked me "do you want me to remember this password" yet now when I log in to any page "boom" I get it, now I am after the next time I go to a credit card I am gong to save that login, so then that will be saved so then if anyone uses my computer they can steal my information, in fact I don't like that they can steal my social stuff even.

In Options > Security -> Passwords -- is the Remember passwords for sites de-selected?
That is the pref to turn off the Password Manager.
Now, if you are seeing "suggestions" of usernames for passwords appearing, that might be "form data" that you are seeing appear - part of "search and form history". That can be turned in Options > Privacy --> History, once you select "Use custom setting for history" = Remember search and form history
Websites remembering you and automatically log you in is stored in a cookie.
So if you have set such a cookie then the website will remember you on a next visit.
You will have to remove that specific cookie to make the website forget you.
You can click the "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location bar and "More Information" to open "Page Info" and go to the Permissions tab to see the permissions for the current tab.
