additional windows keep poping up. How do i stop this?

Hello,

My problem is i keep seeing additional windows pop open without me asking it to do so. I also get on the top, bottom and sides of my window that's open, ads that come up. How do i stop all of this from happening? Thank you for your help.

First check if this problem is related with your addons, try start Firefox in Safe Mode:

Hello, maybe it is not related, but in your system details it seems that you have in your profile folder a User.js file.

The user.js file does not exist by default. If you create the file, forget it, if you have not create the file then delete the User.js file (some programs create and write in the file also).
