Can I recover accidentally deleted Yahoo!Mail on TB & Server?

Deleted emails from Local TB Inbox (checked "Leave messages on server". Hoped this would decrease my local mailbox size. All messages remained on server, local TB Inbox empty. Then unchecked "Leave messages on server", so I could delete future emails locally & on server. Uninstalled TB, since it wasn't retrieving new email from server. PRESTO!!! No more email in my Yahoo!Mail (web-based) Server Inbox! Yaaaayyyyy! NOT.

Hey Matt, Thx fr the contribution. Actually the Yahoo! support team were able to restore most of my lost emails, so no biggie. I did reinstall TB, but couldn't get them back, even though my profile was intact.

bit of a long shot.

Reinstall Thunderbird.. If your like everyone else your profile is probably still there and a reinstall will find it. If not your toast.

Have a look in the trash folder )They might be there

Install this add-on https://nic-nac-project.org/~kaosmos/index-en.html#recDelMsg and right click the inbox and select recover deleted messages.

Look in the deleted_Emails folder that is created and see if it has managed to recover your mail.
