In January Firefox crashed 6 times. On 1/22 I did a full reinstall of Firefox. Did not crash again until 2/25 but then crashed 3 times in 4 days. In March has crashed 5 times in first 12 days. Don't know if crash report is simply blocked from occurring while my computer is locked, but most of the crash reports seem to be at whatever time I arrive in the morning and do the first unlock of the day. But not every day! This computer has full drive encryption with Symantec PGP. Maybe when locked, Firefox has problems? But why not every time it is locked? In the evenings I do the Windows locking but do not log off. The open pages vary. Latest crash report is bp-7dee8df1-e410-4fb7-95ed-3bf252140312 I have disabled all of my add-ins.

LAST RESORT ! ! Reset Firefox

==========================

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
