Hi.

I have repeatedly having crashes of firefox, very often lately. Now it crashed once again, and i could not open it, so i use safe mode for now. What can be causing this, what can i do and is there anything you can do to support any help at this?

Hello, Please let us know your crash ID. You can find all the crash ID by writing about:crashes in your address bar. Please write here some of the crash ID. So we can find out the reason of crash.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox (you need to close and restart Firefox).

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
