im guesing if i can      add a tag number  to  each email   to create a  index     if this way  i can retrieve  
 i can come back easrch the email    using the number     add into the body of the  email  ,
  can  anybody have and idae if that  work  , or other solution  less inferior

You could add a number to the Subject with EditEmailSubject, and then search for numbers in the Subject with Classic Search (Ctrl+Shift+F) or Quick Filter Bar (Ctrl+Shift+K).
