This is more of an observation (rather than a question) that IMO would require some attention from Mozilla as this (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/987165) seems to answer the issue. .. But since that can't be commented on I'll add that what (to my view) is missing is a simple "Register to Mozilla support" link on the main page -- or/and the Signin page. That's what one sees on pretty much all similar websites/services and that's what one would expect here. The current logic is a bit weird: Ask a question or Become a contributor didn't pull me in. And since the above linked question shows that I'm not the only one I'm sure there are many more confused users.
