I was looking for release notes from the less than useful (to me) What's New. Tried: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/32.0/ . It complained, and had a bad link for Release Notes at upper rt: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/31.0esr/releasenotes/

P.S. It also took 4 tries to get the support page to send me an email for password reset. Just before the successful attempt, I requested an email for my username (which seemed to break whatever the logjam was).
