Can't login into my website.
I need to go here: http://homeopathyireland.net/wp-admin/
so that I can login to my website, but anytime I type that address in, I get automatically redirected to http://ww31.homeopathyireland.net/wp-admin/
which is just a page that says server not found. This is happening with each new wordpress site that I install. I have tried clearing cookies, cache, and history several times and nothing works.
If I try to login from my phone (off of my wifi) it works, and if anyone else tries to login in from a remote location, it works, but when I type it on my laptop or desktop or Ipad, it does not work and I get this redirect to ww31.mysebsite.
Any suggestions on how i can fix this?

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History") or via the about:permissions page.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.
It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
THe same thing keeps happening even after I "forget about this site"
as soon as a type in homeopathyireland.net/wp-admin, I get redirected to ww31.homeopathyireland.net/wp-admin
Try to reset (power on/off) the router.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
