Hello Ayan1196, This may be a RAM-related issue. flash player requires a bit of RAM to run, and it also depends on the file. The larger it is, the more RAM needed. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc at the same time to view the Task Manager. Then navigate to the Processes Tab and find Firefox.exe. Can you tell me how much RAM is being used, and how much RAM your computer has?

Hey Matthodge001, Thanks for your reply. But I don't think it is RAM-related issue. Because I have 4 GB Ram and Firefox.exe shows 312832K.

She is asking to update Flash player, if your pc supports a flash heavier, update, but open in the address bar "about: config" and notice changes right click update flash player.
