How can I make Thunderbird my default e-mail?
Now using outlook Express under XP. I selected T- as default on set up, but Express still receives e-mails. I can write and send thru T-. How can I make T- my default?

Setting an email client as default is mainly for outbound. Close Outlook or go into its settings and tell it to stop checking for new mail.
Thanks, I haven't figured out how to shut down Outlook Express. Can you give me directions?
Microsoft should be able to help you with their software.
