Creating a bookmark sub folder in real time bookmarking a page under a bookmark folder I created for a previously saved bookmark is not working.

Previously on a Windows XP computer I could select the "choose' option and create a new folder under the folder I choose to place my new bookmark. On this computer the "new folder " option is not clickable.
