Hello,

My mozilla browser says it has an update, I will update, and restart the browser, but everytime I restart, it says I have to update again, with the same updated version. (I believe the updated version is 10.0.02; I'm not 100% sure but I believe it something like that).

Thank you in advance for your help.

The current version is 37.0.2, and you can get a fresh installer from this page (scroll down to your preferred language): https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

If you use the About Firefox item on the help ("?") menu, can you retrieve that one and override the old one? See also: Update Firefox to the latest release.

Hello Trrjss5, jscher2000,

if there is a problem with the update on mac, always it is better to download and install firefox, from the above full dmg package link jscher2000's gave use above

After downloading don't forget to trash the current Firefox application to do a clean install and then install the version that you have downloaded.

Do not select to remove your personal data, your profile data is stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder, so you won't lose your bookmarks or other personal data.
