Thunderbird junk filter does not LEARN russian (cyrillic) emails and very often sorting them out as SPAM despite i had decleared it as NOSPAM...

You say "SPAM" but appear to be talking about "JUNK".

Is this sender stored in your Address Book? This should prevent it being classified as Junk.
