I got to the page with no problem. What happens when you try? Error messages?

I get to the page of the quizzes (http://en.nametests.com) but when I try to take a quiz, nothing happens. I have disabled an adblocker on the quiz page, I don't know what else to do.

I don't use Facebook. I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

• Clear the Cache and

• Remove Cookies
  Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to.

Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar.

• Cookies; Select Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. Press the button on the right side called Show Cookies. Use the search bar to look for the site. Note; There may be more than one entry. Remove All of them.
• Cache; Select Advanced > Network. Across from Cached Web Content, Press Clear Now.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe websites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.

Are you visiting the page in a regular window or a private window?

If it's a private window, is there a shield icon to the left of the address in the address bar? That indicates the Tracking Protection feature is in effect on the page. This article describes how to work around that feature if needed: What happened to Tracking Protection?.

If it's a regular window, what happens when you click the link?

By the way, I discourage people from taking these quizzes, or should I say, exchanging their personal information for a few moments of amusement...

Facebook brings you to the page. There is a little circle with an i in the middle of it before the URL. On the page you see a photo with the quiz title in it. It says "log in with Facebook". Click Facebook. Nothing then happens. nothing at all. It works with other browsers.

Since I'm not currently logged into Facebook, when I click the button, it takes me to Facebook. Since you must be logged into FB already, I think the site is supposed to be able to get the information automatically. Hmm... not sure why that isn't working.
