Rapport produces a variety of software solutions. The software provided by Banks etc is often of only speculative value and transactions will be verifies even if you do not use that software.

Raport software is often of a type that needs cahnging and updating for every Firefox major update, and they will get round to doing that but someimes there is rather a delay. Try updating your raport software. If that fails to help temporarily disable it and contact their support site. It is more important to keep Firefox up to date and secure than it is to try to use Raports general free banking related software.

Firefox has basic phishing and malware protection built in and enabled by default.

I believe this is the current Trusteer Rapport support site
