I play jigsaw puzzles - but now the pieces come up too big in the playing area - how do I change this?
After the latest update, boxes inside games (jigsaw puzzle pieces, etc.) are too big for the playing area. They USED to be small - how do I fix this?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
Check your zoom controls.
<Control> + (plus) enlarge <Control> - (minus) reduce <Control> 0 (zero) restore
The interior of the Flash window is NOT affected by the Zoom Controls...by zooming in or out only make the ENTIRE PAGE bigger or smaller - NOT the stuff INSIDE THE BOXES. This size problem has only started since the latest update to FireFox...
Hi !
According to answers to FAQ on the subject you should be able to do this by clicking on the CUT button to the left of the START button when you play the game .......
The number of pieces isn't the problem - it is the SIZE of the pieces now. AND, when I play the SAME GAME in IE, the pieces DO NOT come up INSIDE the game BIGGER....get it yet?

We are trying our best here, believe me.
When the jigsaw puzzle site says to click the CUT button to make the
pieces smaller ........ well, that sounded like a good advice to pass
on to you.
Have you tried the Save Mode advice that FredMcD has given you yet ?
Safe Mode doesn't do anything - it's obviously something that has happened with Flash since the last Mozilla update....and it makes it very difficult to play some of the games online now....never was before...and there is NO cut setting when playing a jigsaw puzzle game at Shockwave, for instance. Try this and see for yourself....bring up each puzzle with FireFox and IE, and you will IMMEDIATELY see what I'm talking about - one (IE) has the pieces SMALLER, so you can get them out of the way to pick through them, while FireFox has them all BIG and you cannot get them separated....
Have you tried Firefox Safe Mode?
See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
Load the web page. Then holding down the <shift> key, reload the page.
I still need to fix this - when I play the EXACT SAME GAME in IE, it does NOT make the pieces larger INSIDE the playing area - this only happens when I try to play on FireFox...so what caused this???
