Was on a website called sumopaint, clicked on a error message and said something about an exception. Program the site offers for free won't work now

Picture 1 linked (https://gyazo.com/be35f447ddf3658b6d952a8b0599ff84) is from Internet explorer where it still opens perfectly fine to show how it should look like in Firefox but it doesn't open up that way with the menu and everything.

Picture 2 linked (https://gyazo.com/aa797adffcbd5ea5bc96411b285e766e) is how it looks like after a clickable error message came up that I didn't think twice about reading came up and then said something about a set exception yet I saw nothing in my exceptions.

UPDATE: I figured out the issue and it ended up being 3 things that got blocked and wouldn't let the page operate correctly. Could this post please be closed?

UPDATE: I figured out the issue and it ended up being 3 things that got blocked and wouldn't let the page operate correctly. Could this post please be closed?
