Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

thanks for reply did not work beginning to wonder if it is a flash player problem refers to flash not enabled online game site

When you click goes to download adobe page already have latest noticed in another browser same issue with flash enabled in settings
