I have taken and uploaded a screenshot to Firefox Screenshots tool, then I downloaded the image to my computer. I then decided I wanted it deleted because it had sensitive data on it that could violate my privacy (seeing it is accessible by someone who can link to it - AKA access is public for those with a link). When I attempted to delete it, I received error message "Error deleting shot." The same occurred with attempting to save expiration date to 10 minutes for example, "Error saving expiration." I cannot even view the screenshot in list of "My Shots." Therefore, I have no choice but to let it stay on the server for 12 days more of time it has left or can someone help me have it deleted immediately? I really need to have that deleted.

If you do not have a working link to access the screenshot then I'm afraid that you can't remove the screenshot. I think that the screenshot is saved using a special GUID (possibly hashed) to save screenshots, so best is to save the link to make sure that you do not lose it.

Note that if you click Download instead of Save that the screenshot isn't uploaded, but saved to your hard drive.

I have the working link; however, I cannot use any of the tools on the link except for Share and Download. The options to delete or change expiration date are unavailable. For some reason, despite being actively synced, I cannot use its tools to delete or change expiration.

I think that more advanced settings will be available in Firefox 57. In Firefox 56 only some basic features have been implemented with the Firefox screenshot extension.
