I been using TB IMAP w/my gmail account for at least 5 years. When it opens it asks for my gmail pswd. I enter it and all is fine. That was with XP. Then two years ago i switched to win7 and again all was fine. Then after 1.5 years, TB started asking for my gmail pswd twice. I checked all the settings. Everything looked fine. When I use the gmail web interface, I only need log on once, but TB requires it twice. Well, there were a few other issues with win7 after 1.5 years, so I wiped my HD and reinstalled everything. Normally I did that about once a year with xp. Well, when I reinstalled everything TB still asks for my gmail pswd twice. WTF?

help.

connected a gmail calendar. That is the usual cause of folk complaining they are asked for a password twice. Me I just save them and get asked only when there is a connection failure.
