Ok I click on that and get the directory list. What do I do with that? How do I get it to download?
As you will only be using this version for a short period, you can download from here :
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/20.0b7/win32/en-US/Firefox%20Setup%2020.0b7.exe
Also is there a way to remove my email from the posting? If you can do it go ahead.
I will flag this thread and ask a moderator to remove your email address - no worries.

Hi,
First of all : this is a public forum - you may want to remove your email address .....
I'm not going to ask you why you would want to download a very old Firefox version - you will undoubtedly know the security risks, so I will spare you the lecture.
You can find Firefox version 20.0b7 here :
So I click on that version in the list but it doesn't download and I don't know what to do.
Never post any personal information because an adware robot could find it, and start sending you all kinds of spam. This includes e-mail, phone, and home information.
Please remove that information from your post.
The Firefox version you want will be full of security issues.

I need that version temporarily to work on a specific piece of equipment. Won't be keeping it for long....will be going to the latest version. Please tell me the steps to download 20.0b7 thanks.

Maybe this will work better for you :

(And I already told you that I will spare you the lecture ..... I assume that you are fully aware of the risks)

I'm sorry but random download sites is not a good idea. Some have either had modified versions or listed a random not Release channel Firefox build as as a Release as sites like MajorGeeks has been guilty of in past.
Note the b7 on 20.0b7 means it was the seventh Beta channel build of Firefox 20.0.
You could try the Portable Firefox 20.0 build as it is self contained and will not touch any current Firefox install and Profiles you have in use. It can even be run completely off a usb flash drive, hence portable.
Portable Firefox 20.0 link and you just pick your language.
The portable Firefox is a third-party thing it has been around for a very long time and is considered very safe to use. Basically a launcher that runs the official builds.
@ James :
I wouldn't have suggested to download from the FileHyppo site, if the OP hadn't mentioned this :
"I need that version temporarily to work on a specific piece of equipment. Won't be keeping it for long....will be going to the latest version."
BTW : FileHippo is just as safe as SourceForge.
