I have two entries for Firefox in Windows 10, Settings, Default Browser list. Only one version of Firefox in Start menu. The two versions appear identical in the default browser list, but one of them is the English version of Firefox and the other one is the Lithuanian version. I was hoping that the Lithuanian version would displace the English version, but it appears to have happened not everywhere. It's confusing in the dafault browser list, since there are two identical entries, although they refer to two different versions.

Are these both listed separately in the "Uninstall or change a program" portion of Control Panel? You may be able to remove one of them independently from there.

You can get there by pasting the following into File Explorer (not IE): Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features

I think that means you have two different browsers. You can keep both or remove one if that is what you want.
