Thunderbird, installed in new WIN-10 computer, sometimes show 5.7.1. [f3] Blacklisted when attempting to send e-mails. ( not WIN-XP computer w/same-settings)
I'm Fred Schaff. And I have e-mail address (@embarqmail.com) and, as of Wednesday morning, July 4th, I've been blocked from sending any e-mails (I receive incoming e-mail OK) and, when I attempt to send I get the following message.
ERROR OCCURRED WHILE SENDING MAIL. THE MAIL SERVER REPONDED: 5.7.1 [F3] MAIL REJECTED BY POLICY – BLACKLISTED PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT IN YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS AND TRY AGAIN.
Still have old computer with WIN-XP and all the same settings and I can send e-mails via Thunderbird with no problems.
Also, sometimes a turn-off and re-start will fix the problem but not always and, even if so, not permanently.
NOTE: An 85-year-old once engineer but not all that familiar with computer and software/etc.

You should talk to your email provider. The error is from their server.
