By 'crash' I presume you mean Thunderbird suddenly closes.

Exit thunderbird if open.

  • Start computer in 'Safe Mode with Networking'
  • Start Thunderbird in Thunderbird 'Safe Mode'

Info on how to start Thunderbird in Safe mode.'


Does everything work ok in computer 'Safe mode with Networking' and 'Thunderbird in 'SAfe Mode' ?

If yes: Exit Thunderbird Restart Thunderbird as normal.
