Using Beta, how to know exactly the version of Lightning and Provider for GCalendar to get?

Using Beta, I would like to know the corresponding Lightning and Provider for Google Calendar that is compatible with the version I'm runnin. I used to try by choosing versions with approximatively the same build date on https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/calendar/lightning/nightly/latest-comm-central/

Would you know if there is a more bleeding edge is Lightning and Provider for Google Calendar, that follows tighter TB Beta?

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Calendar/Calendar_Versions lists calendar and is generally, but not always, up to date.

I don't know what you mean by this. There is only one beta. Lightning automatically is updated when Thunderbird updates.
