I have been having problems with redirections to spam sites for a while now and nothing I do seams to fix it. They can be really annoying and sometimes hard to close. Some sites are affected more then others YouTube for example is NEVER affected for some reason while every time I search on google I for some reason get redirected to yahoo with the same search.

Even simple clicking anywhere on the site (not a link) can get me redirected or get a new tab opened often with nothing there. While clicking links can get me redirected to really nasty what I assume is attempts at installing nasty malwares or it can also be add redirection sites like reundcwkqvctq.com.

Ive tried several things like a ton of anti-malware and anti-virus programs checking for unwanted add-ons and resetting Firefox. The only thing that helped was adguard that while the trial period lasted stopped it from happening though the problem was still obviously there.

FF Browser can't do what your asking that is something you will have to find some kinda adblocker software or you will have to not go to sites that links to those sites. And also once malware goes past your security like malware those software will no longer protect your O/S or Browser.

Hello tneam,

Sorry to hear about your problem .....

It is obvious that you are dealing with malware, see :

https://malwaretips.com/blogs/yahoo-toolbar-removal/

and :

https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-reundcwkqvctq-com/

Go to the Firefox menu (≡) Preferences => Add-ons => Extensions and remove anything that looks unfamiliar or suspicious.

Do the same in Windows Control Panel.

Next step : run malwarescans (even though you already have run some).

Further information can be found in this article : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. They all work differently - what one program doesn't pick up, the other might.
