13Nov201 When I opened my Thunderbird email account, lodge1942@comcast.net at about 0630 hrs. it tried to go to the opening page and then went to Mozilla Thunderbird. I went back and it did the same thing. This is when I noticed the change in the icon. I went in to the page and tried to get back to my email but it just had page after page of info about the Firefox account. I can not get into or receive any email. Can not find out anything about opening it up. I did not ask for this nor did I give permission to have this new email.

just reinstall from getthunderbird.com.

Given the change in the icon is very minor, I am assuming something more serious has gone wrong in your update.
