ShopSafe fails
My credit card with Bank of America offers a service named "ShopSafe", which can create a temporary card number connected to my card's account. This provides protection against card # theft. Some time in the last month or two something changed, and Shopsafe no longer works for me. This after five or more years of my happy enjoyment of ShopSafe.
I complained to BofA's Digital Services unit which started a search for the problem. On Dec. 17, '18 a "ticket" number 414614T was initiated to discover the problem. Today Dec.21, '18 Eve (or Eva) at Digital Services called me Re: my Ticket. She said that neither Firefox nor Edge browsers will work with ShopSafe. Her phone # is xxx-xxx-xxxx. She probably is willing to discuss this issue with a Mozilla representative. Her recommendation is using another browser: Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
I tried FF with extensions off. I tried Edge. Both failed.
To describe the failure: On BofA's credit card account display of credit transactions is an offer "use ShopSafe". A new window opens for Adobe Flash Player. After a short wait the fields for data entry are displayed, and then quickly disappear. That's it.
If I have to I'll load Chrome. Who would want to go back to IE ???
edited phone# from public and search/spam bots view as nobody will be calling in doing support.

If you tried another Browser and it failed then that would mean it's not a Browser problem. And did you uinstall the flash and reinstall the latest version? ShopSafe isn't a mozilla software so they have support for it or to fix it. You should contact the developer on the problem.
