Is there a way to add multiple contacts at the same time that fulfill the criteria of the contact address search?
Basically when I am writing an email and I am adding the contacts for that email, I will want to address the email to several people. So for example lets say that I am writing an email to the Smith family. I want to send the email to both John Smith and his wife Jane Smith. So I type the smith name in the address field of the email and 3 email addresses pop up from the search. One is Jane Smith and the other 2 are John Smith. One is John Smith for work and the other John Smith for home. If I wanted to send the email to all 3 of these email addresses that show up in the search, is there any way for me to do that. Or do I need to search Smith and click the first email and then search Smith again and click the second email and then search Smith again and click the third email? I am aware that you can make groups of contacts for things like mailing lists but this is just not worth the time setting up a lot of small mailing lists and was just wondering if there was a simple solution available for such?
