And when I copy the image location I cannot block it because it's a blob, there is no direct jpg/png link. URL looks like this:

blob:https://URL.com/358c54ff-3182-45fe-8413-235b74a98dae

Are these blob's part of the website or are they coming from other sites?

Are these ads?

I've seen that 'Blob' somewhere. I can't remember. Give us a Website link to check it out.

I think he posted an 'Example' format, not an actual link.

Hello buri,

Would you try this please :

Type in the address bar about:config and press Enter (promise to be careful, if asked)

Type in the search bar gfx.webrender.blob-images

and set its value to false

Then close and restart Firefox.

If that doesn't make a difference : change the value back to "true".

Note : changing the value will affect all blob images.

In case you're using Adblock Plus - see this thread :

Since McCoy told you in her response about AdBlock, could you mark her response as the solution?
