It would be easy to back up my bookmarks by exporting them if there was an import export option in the library as all searches suggest but the import export option is not available. So how can I add this option or is there another way around it.

Hello Bellante,

Did you look in the right place  ?

You can get to the Library either by clicking on the icon on the toolbar (star on a plate) and choose 'Show all Bookmarks', or just press Ctrl + Shift + B.

There you will see (upper left) 'Import and Backup' ....

I notice a previous question about problems with the bookmarks where you didn't had a problem with finding the Import & Backup menu in the Bookmarks Manager (Library; Show All Bookmarks).

  • Bookmarks -> Show All Bookmarks -> Import & Backup (third toolbar button)
