Why use ARCHIVE folder? What's the point of the special folder Archive over defining my own folder called, perhaps, OLDemail?
I can move messages from INBOX to ARCHIVE folder. What's so special about the ARCHIVE folder? Is it any different from a folder that I can create with any similar name, such as SAVED, then move messages to SAVED?

Archive folders can be organized automatically by month or year, and messages can be moved there by pressing the A key. The options are in the Copies & Folders section of Account Settings.
