Hi everyone, I'm just trying to figure out this issue. I just switched from chrome to Firefox and this problem is causing me a little frustration. I installed the app a few days ago and after one day I noticed that Facebook was logged out. when I tried to log in I get an error saying to enable cookies. So I checked the settings to find that cookies were enabled, so I tried again same result. I checked the KB and followed the steps to clear history clear cookies, clear cache etc. Still says cookies are disabled. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling and that allowed me to sign in but this afternoon I have found it is doing the same thing again. and when I went to create an account for this forum I got the same message saying cookies were disabled.

I followed the same steps and went over the KB a few more times but no luck in resolving.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If I'm missing any details let me know.

Cheers!
